Be Well@KL is a program designed to support the well-being (physical, emotional and financial) of our employees and their families. As part of the firm’s ongoing commitment to raising awareness of and offering tools for overall wellness and mental health, the following programs were hosted at the firm.

Well-balanced Law Life. On July 13, Jennie Malloy conducted a presentation highlighting how to balance personal and professional lives while working from home. she discussed topics including how to optimize your time, reduce stress, optimize your sleep, maintain consistent energy and feel supported.

Mental Wellness. On Oct. 22, Cameron Stout shared his personal journey to recover from depression and substance abuse, as part of Kramer Levin’s ongoing commitment to wellness and mental health. Cameron is the CEO and founder of Stout Heart Inc., a consulting firm advocating mental wellness, and a public speaker on issues including the social stigma surrounding mental health conditions. He is also the principal of Stout Mediation Services, and a securities litigator and regulatory defense attorney with Thurman Legal.
