ABA Annual Meeting: Global Capital Markets: Breaking Down Barriers

Corporate Partner Reid Feldman will be chairing a program entitled "Breaking Down Barriers: Global Capital Markets" at the American Bar Association's Annual Meeting in San Francisco on August 11. The key feature will be a discussion of a forthcoming SEC proposal to allow trading in the US of foreign securities.
