Kramer Levin represented The Georgetown Company in securing a $410 million financing package from Société Générale for 787 11th Ave. A portion of the 10-year, interest only commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) loan will be placed into a standalone single-asset CMBS deal, with portions of the remainder packaged in various conduit pools with similar commercial loans.
