Kramer Levin advised Omnam Group on the tax aspects of its acquisition of Mercuriales towers in Bagnolet, France, a suburb of Paris.
Created in 1975, the Mercuriales towers are 145 meters high, facing Paris. Under the impetus of the Omnam Group, their slender and timeless silhouettes are destined to become a landmark in the urban landscape.
The Omnam Group aims to revive the East community of Paris and make Bagnolet a gathering place. Both towers are intended to represent "the counter Defense area" (the crossroads of business and finance on the western outskirts of the city).
