Kramer Levin has obtained an approval from the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals to facilitate the construction of a new transportation and distribution facility with a capacity for 70 tractor trailers for A. Duie Pyle, Inc., a supply chain services provider operating in the Northeast. The proposed facility, located in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx, would be A. Duie Pyle’s 22nd facility and will serve businesses located in the New York City metropolitan area. The approval obtained by Kramer Levin will allow the facility to front on a privately owned street (rather than a street that is on the City Map). The Kramer Levin team included Land Use partner Gary R. Tarnoff and planning and development specialist Jeff Mulligan.
