Kramer Levin has achieved the ISO/IEC 27001 certification, the leading global standard for organizational information security management. The designation was awarded to the firm following an in-depth third-party evaluation of its information security management systems and protocols.

“Our clients entrust their data to us, and protecting that data is our top priority,” said Mat Rosswood, Kramer Levin’s chief operating officer. “This recognition underscores our firm’s commitment to providing clients with best-in-class service in every respect.”

ISO/IEC 27001 is the most widely recognized standard for evaluating organizational information security practices. It is published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and provides requirements for how a company protects sensitive information of all kinds and manages information security risks.

“ISO certification is a validation of our rigorous security posture and dedication to continually elevating our security standards and practices,” Joseph J. Palmeri, Kramer Levin’s chief information officer.
