Kramer Levin represented Alex Apparel, a portfolio company of private equity sponsor Atlantic Street Capital, in its acquisition of SL Fashions. Alex Apparel is a leading branded designer of better priced social dresses and separates under the brand name Alex Evenings. SL Fashions is a leading designer of moderate priced social dresses and separates sold under the SL, JR Nites and Ignite brand names. Kramer Levin led the negotiation of the terms of the purchase agreement and the related credit facility.
