Kramer Levin Represents Owners of Spraylat Corporation in Sale to PPG Corporation
On October 16, 2012, the owners of Spraylat Corporation, a family owned paint and coatings business, agreed to sell the Company, through a combination of stock and asset sales, to PPG Corporation. Kramer Levin represents the Sellers. The transaction is anticipated to close in late 2012 and is subject to customary closing conditions, including certain regulatory approvals.
