Reid Feldman Joins the Paris Office of Kramer Levin As Partner


Paris, March 30, 2005 –Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP today announced the appointment of Reid Feldman as a partner, resident at the firm’s Paris office.  Mr. Feldman was most recently a partner in the Paris office of Leboeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae LLP.

Mr. Feldman has a broad practice concentrated in the financial services areas, including the insurance and reinsurance industries.  He is experienced in corporate and commercial matters (including mergers and acquisitions), finance, real estate, litigation and international arbitration.

Mr. Feldman received a B.A. from Columbia University in 1968, a J.D. from Yale University in 1971 and an M. Lit. from Oxford University, England in 1981.  He is admitted to practice in Paris and Washington, DC, and has appeared before French courts and administrative agencies and in numerous international arbitrations.  Mr. Feldman is a member of the American Bar Association, American Chamber of Commerce in France and the Comité Français de I’Arbitrage, and is on the board of advisors for the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law.
