Kramer Levin’s Women’s Initiative Committee is committed to creating and maintaining an environment where women can flourish and become leaders in the legal community, both inside and outside the firm. The group has sponsored a number of programs and events.

The committee kicked off its “First Tuesday Breakfast” series in April. Part of the efforts of the Women’s Initiative to support a sense of community for women throughout the firm through connecting, mentoring and collaborating, the First Tuesday Breakfast is aimed at providing an informal opportunity for our women attorneys and administrative senior staff to meet, reconnect, and build and maintain strong internal and client relationships.

The Women’s Initiative lunch program, which brings together small groups of women with a partner or counsel of the firm to learn about practice areas, share tips for success and discuss issues of interest to women in the law, featured a lunch March 7 with Samantha Ettari, special counsel in the Litigation department.
