Darina F. Delappe advises and represents both sponsors and investors on the formation, ongoing management and restructuring of international and domestic investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, funds of funds and hybrid funds. Darina also advises mutual funds and their boards of directors/trustees, including Columbia Funds (and represented the OppenheimerFunds Board prior to their merger with Invesco). She advises on various compliance matters/disclosure documents, co-investments, seed investments and the organization of joint ventures.
