Kramer Levin Represents Atlantic Street Capital in Acquisition of Planet Fit Indy 10 LLC

Kramer Levin represented private equity sponsor Atlantic Street Capital in its acquisition of Planet Fit Indy 10 LLC, an owner and operator of Planet Fitness gyms located primarily in the Indianapolis metro area. This was Atlantic Street’s first platform acquisition out of its recently raised third committed capital fund. Kramer Levin led the negotiation of the terms of the purchase agreement and the related credit facility.
