Kramer Levin represented private equity sponsor Atlantic Street Capital in its majority investment in GAT Airline Ground Support. Founded in 1965, GAT offers a broad portfolio of services at 37 airports throughout the United States, including ramp services, passenger handling, and related ancillary services. Kramer Levin led the negotiation of the terms of the investment agreement and the related credit facility.
