  • Our New York office is looking for a Corporate Associate with M&A experience. The associate should have three to six years of experience. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Our New York office is looking for a Corporate Associate with a structured finance background and/or experience in securitization. Associates should have four to six years of experience. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Our New York office is looking for an Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits associate with at least two years of big law experience. Prior law firm experience in these practices required. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Our New York office is looking for a Patent Litigation associate with four plus years of experience. Candidates should have significant litigation experience and a life science background (e.g., biology, molecular biology, biochemistry). Advance degree is a plus. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Our New York office is looking for a Patent Litigation associate with two to five years of experience. Candidates should have strong legal writing skills, a technical background and an interest in being part of a fast-paced trial-focused practice with ample opportunities for experience, responsibility and career advancement. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Our Silicon Valley office is looking for a Patent Litigation associate with two to five years of experience. Candidates should have strong legal writing skills and the ability to translate complex technical issues into easily understandable legal arguments. Applicants must be admitted to the California Bar.
