Our goal at Kramer Levin is to enable staff members to develop a challenging career with opportunities for professional and personal growth. Therefore, we offer a nonhierarchical culture where experience, innovation, responsiveness and flexibility are highly valued.
On an annual basis, the firm conducts formal evaluations with each staff member in order to gauge career growth within the firm; however, informal dialogues about professional growth are generally communicated throughout the year. We also host an open-door policy so staff members can approach their managers with any concerns.
Each month, the firm hosts Lunch and Learn sessions on a variety of topics, including financial planning, health screening, software training, work-life balance and other topics of interest to the general population.
